Joa is a fitness consultant that provides clients with an integral way to optimize health through personal coaching which includes physical training, nutritional guidance and meditation. The best way to contact her is via SKYPE. From the initial SKYPE meeting, Joa will evaluate your needs and create a personal plan for you.
Joa brings knowledgeable guidance and positive energy to each session and ensures her clients are working towards their goals while enjoying the process. Her knowledge is extensive as she specializes in spine alignment, core strengthening, balance, flexibility and breathing. Joa ensures each of her clients work on elements that improve endurance, prevent injuries and promote fat loss and muscle toning. She incorporates Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, sports
conditioning, Thai massage, Guasha and cupping within the 60 or 90 min sessions.
